Five steps,
roughly 50 days.
Below is the timeline for a typical first order. Repeat orders skip the sampling stage and ship in 30–35 days. Custom Pantone colors and complex tech-pack development can add 7–14 days to the sample stage.
Inquiry
You send a reference image, sketch, or just a few sentences about what you're trying to build. No tech pack required at this stage. If you have a logo file, send it and we'll include a free mockup in the reply.
Quotation
We reply within 24 hours (often within 4 hours during weekdays) with fabric options, MOQ, indicative pricing, sample timeline, and your free logo mockup if you sent a logo. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Sampling
Once you approve the quote, you pay the sample fee upfront (refundable against bulk). Stock-style samples ship in 7 days. Full custom OEM/ODM samples take 12–15 days. Revisions are free until you sign off — most clients need 1–2 rounds. We ship samples by DHL or FedEx with tracking.
Bulk production
30% deposit kicks off bulk production. Lead time is 30–50 days depending on quantity, fabric availability and complexity. You receive weekly photo updates: fabric in, cutting, sewing, printing, packing. If anything slips — fabric delay, dye lot inconsistency — you hear it from us before it becomes your problem.
QC, balance & shipment
Final QC at 2.5 AQL on every order. We send a photo report for your approval before shipment. You pay the 70% balance. We file customs under our own export license and ship FOB, EXW, CIF or DDP from Xiamen Port (sea) or Xiamen Gaoqi Airport (air). Door-to-door DDP available for EU, UK, US and AU.
MOQ that actually
means low.
Most Chinese suppliers say "low MOQ" but quietly mean 500 pcs per color. We mean 100 sets total, mixed colors and sizes allowed, and we mean it for new brands too. Here's how the tiers actually work.
