The supplier you only
need to find once.

"We don't have a brand.
We have yours."

Xiamen Mega Garment is a private label and OEM activewear manufacturer founded in 2017. We work with growing brands across Europe, North America, Latin America and Oceania — from first-time founders launching 100 sets to established labels running multi-thousand-piece collections. This page is who we are, how we work and why brands keep coming back.

01 / Our Story

Started in 2017
with one rule.

Xiamen Mega Garment was founded in 2017 in Xiamen, the southeastern coastal city of China that hosts most of the country's activewear and swimwear export industry. We started with one rule: be the kind of supplier we'd want to work with if we were the buyer.

That meant fast replies, no middlemen, no hidden costs, and the willingness to handle small orders that bigger factories turn away. Nine years later it's still the same rule, just with more staff, more product capability, and a longer list of brands we've helped get from sketch to shipment.

We file customs under our own export license, claim our own export tax rebates, and run production operations across our facilities in Xiamen, Yiwu and Guangzhou — with in-house QC, logo printing and packaging kept under one roof so we control the quality you actually receive.

02 / A Note from the Founder

"I built this company
around being reachable."

I'm Aaron — founder of Mega Garment. Before starting this company I worked on the buyer side, sourcing activewear for export markets. The thing that frustrated me most about Chinese suppliers wasn't pricing or quality. It was the silence. You'd send a message and wait three days. You'd ask a simple spec question and get a vague answer. You'd never quite know what was happening with your order.

So when I started Mega in 2017, I made one promise to every client: you will always know who's working on your order, and you will get a real answer within 24 hours. Nine years and a lot of repeat clients later, that promise is still the foundation. If you work with us you'll have a dedicated rep, my direct contact if you need it, and weekly photo updates during bulk production so you can see your goods being made.

02 / How We Work

Three things we
do differently.

01

Direct contact, no layers

You work with one dedicated rep from inquiry to delivery. No account managers passing messages to merchandisers passing messages to factory floor. The person you talk to is the person who can actually answer.

02

Low MOQ that actually means low

100 sets minimum on stock styles with your logo. Mixed colors and sizes allowed. Most suppliers say "low MOQ" but quietly mean 500 pcs per color. We mean 100 sets total, and we mean it for new brands too.

03

Transparent production updates

Weekly photo updates during bulk run. If something goes wrong — fabric delay, dye lot inconsistency, anything — you hear it from us before it becomes your problem. Surprises are bad business for both of us.

03 / Factory & Team

Where your
product is made.

Our office and main facility are in Jimei North Industrial Zone, Xiamen — a 25-minute drive from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and 15 minutes from Xiamen Port. We welcome client visits and can arrange factory tours, sample reviews and meetings during your trip to China.

For OEKO-TEX, BSCI, REACH, CPSIA, GRS and other compliance details, see our sustainability page.

The same faces,
every season.

Direct contact, zero layers. Your account is handled by a named salesperson who knows fabric specs and manufacturing constraints — not just pricing. Our operations lead personally signs off on QC. Aaron is reachable directly for escalation or strategic projects. No offshore call centers, no ticket systems, no auto-replies. The person who reads your first inquiry is the same person who answers your shipment question six months later.
